Fellow (F.FMSN)
The Fellowship of the Facilities Management Society of Nigeria (FMSN) is the highest and most prestigious grade of membership. Attaining this grade signifies professional distinction and is the pinnacle of achievement for facilities management professionals.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for Fellowship (F.FMSN), applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold an FM-related qualification and/or demonstrate expertise and practical experience across a wide range of competences.
- Possess a minimum of a first degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, including: (a) 5 years of senior management experience. (b) 5 years of facilities management experience.
- Alternatively, hold a higher degree and Chartered Facilities Manager (CFM) Certification with up to 5 years of experience.
- CFM Certification is mandatory (joint application for CFM and membership is permitted).
